After birth herbs and remedies
- Shepherds Purse Tincture for hemorrhage
- Cayenne tincture or use (1 tbl cayenne pepper in 1 cup warm water) for hemorrhage
- Cayanne tincture can also be squirted directly into the vagina if bleeding badly from a tear
- Arnica for vaginal bruising
- Grapefruit seed Extract for fighting infection (liquid form can be added to Peri bottle)
- Rescue remedy for shock
- Seaweed for tears
